After two years of preparatory classes in mathematics in France, at Lycée René-Cassin in Bayonne and then Lycée Michel-Montaigne in Bordeaux, Manfred has worked as a consultant in Douala since 2011.
He knows Cameroonian land procedures closely: title checks, estate declarations, transfers at the land registry, mortgages. He follows every file himself, from the first visit to the signing at the notary’s office.
